Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds

Cancellation, exchange or refund is not allowed once the order is being paid for.

Goods can only be exchanged if it is damaged or if you receive a different item ordered. You must then contact us by email within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods about your order.

Indemnity

Our beauty care products are tested and sellable locally and overseas without any complaints of skin rejection. Therefore, Purple Lady's Collections shall not be held responsible if customer has an allergic reaction to any of its contents. 

Delivery

 Items would be sent through local mail provider, Singapore Post.

All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery.

Items wil be sent out after full payment made, however, delivery time may take up to 5 to 7 working days for overseas addresses.

Registered mail provides you an article number and enables you to check your delivery status at http://www.singpost.com.sg after we have send out the items. It is highly recommended especially for overseas addresses where delivery may longer for areas outside town.

We would include a return address behind every parcel to minmise the probability for loss parcels, however, Purple Lady's Collections shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcels sent. Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail.    

Overseas Buyers

Overseas Shipping charges:             

We use Singpost as our delivery Company.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O Boxes and hotels.

 For standard shipping, no single order can exceed 2kg.

 If your order is over that, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement.

 You will also be notified all the tracking number by email. 

Delivery time

Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your item are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 7-10 business days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and the shipping methods selected.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although Purple Lady's Collections cannot guarantee delivery times, we will do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

Please note that for first time customer, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to verification process with bank for payment authorization and security control reason.

PLEASE NOTE: Since some of the customs in European countries including UK, France and Germany may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 3-4 weeks. If you encounter this problem, please "Contact Us" for more assistance.
